I was between the Brixton convertible-back loafers and the Jordaan loafers. I wanted brown loafers, which is why I considered the Jordaans for a while, but I ended up going with the black Brixtons because they were SO comfortable. Here's my honest and unfiltered opinion of the Gucci Brixton leather horsebit loafer. Gucci Brixton vs. Princetow n vs. Jordaan As I mentioned earlier, I originally wanted the Princetown mule , which felt like a modern twist on a classic, and as someone who has very narrow heels, this seemed like a good way to avoid slippage. The Jordaans might be a tad wider, but they are not as pliable, so they feel narrower to me. The Brixton is a soft, glovelike leather, lots of give, so a bit more slippage in the heel.
